Rimmel Vintage Pink Lipstick VS Rimmel Colour Rush Balm in Keep Mauving

Hi guys,
Today is a little different. I am doing a versus post today with Rimmel's most famous lip products in similar shades, the Vintage Pink Moisture Renew Lipstick and Colour Rush Balm in Keep Mauving.
I heavily swatched them for you guys to see. The lighting doesn't do it justice but they really are very similar shades.

So onto the proceedings:

Texture            10 (Satiny and moisturising)                 8 (Feels a little greasy but a good shiny balm)

Application      9 (Easy peasy but nothing special)       8 (Scratches the balm when winding as above)

Packaging        6 (Feels a bit tacky and plasticy)          10 (Nice and informative)

Pigmentation    9 (Quite pigmented and coloured)        8 (Quite good colour but you have to build it up)

Longevity        9 (Has a great wear life, lasts for hours) 8 (Shininess rubs off v. quickly but stains well)

Totals               43/50                                                       42/50


So the Winner is .......

Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick!

But only by 2 points and I would definitely recommend both.
